An open role costs three times over.
And it costs for a long time. Talspark closes it in under five days, for a fraction of a search firm's price.
- The work does not get doneThe role stays empty; the files pile up.
- The team is overstretchedYour best people wear themselves out covering the gap.
- The right profiles sign elsewhereWhile you search, they accept another offer.
Talspark delivers candidates. The result is guaranteed.
Not a job board, not a search firm, not software: a service that delivers a result.
- Not a job boardYou do not post an ad and you do not sort CVs.
- Not a search firmNo fees as a percentage of salary, no six-month mandate.
- Not software to learnNothing to install, nothing to learn. Everything happens on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
What you are wondering, stated clearly.
Why was I contacted by Talspark ?
Your ad is public and the number shown on it is the channel you made available. You may ask not to be called again at any time.
Is my information confidential ?
Yes. Your search is not made public and your exchanges remain between you and Talspark. Confidentiality is a requirement of your profession; it is also ours.
What does "qualified and available" mean ?
Candidates contacted one by one, who have not disputed their availability, and whose signals (background, expectations) indicate interest in the role.
When exactly am I charged ?
Your card is registered when the search opens, with no charge. 500 € excl. VAT is charged at J+3 if the 5 candidates are delivered in under five days; otherwise, never.
And if only 4 candidates are delivered ?
It's free. The guarantee is binary: five, or nothing.
Must I pay even if I hire no one ?
Yes, if the list is delivered. That is precisely what the guarantee covers: the service delivers the candidates, not the hire.
May I open another search ?
Yes. Each search is billed 500 € excl. VAT, on the same terms.
May I stop before the five days are up ?
Yes, before delivery: reply to the WhatsApp message, or cancel from your personal space. Your card is then not charged.
Where will I receive the applications ?
On WhatsApp, and in your personal space.
Is the price VAT-inclusive ?
No, it excludes VAT. EU businesses: reverse charge with a valid intra-EU VAT number.
Who publishes Talspark ?
Azure Flowstate Private Limited, Singapore (UEN 202615248W). The name appears at the bottom of every page.
I already work with a search firm.
Talspark operates in parallel, without risk: you pay only on delivery. Nothing commits you with regard to your firm.
For which roles ?
Real roles, with lawful and non-discriminatory criteria. Law firms, notaries, accountants, investment funds and consulting: associates, lawyers, clerks, legal assistants, office managers.
